Hello!

Mary Ellen Shea, a.k.a. The Widow Mentor, and myself, Nancy Stampahar, a.k.a. Retirement Life Coach Nancy look forward to helping you make this golden chapter in your life, your best chapter!

I created this personal growth
Villages Lifestyle Club because my greatest passion, and life's work, has been about empowering and teaching people, especially women and girls, how to live their best life and become the best version of their unique selves. Of all the populations, workplaces, and missions I served in my 25-year organizational and professional development career, empowering women and girls has touched my heart the greatest. We’ve come a long way, Baby! But more is needed.

I learned first-hand from my single-parent mother, how to bounce back from life's tough times. Without much parenting, I had to empower, educate, and energize myself to move forward to get to this healthy place of
authenticity, inner peace, and enthusiasm for life. I want to help you embrace your unique and wonderful self. I want to use my skills, knowledge, abilities, and compassion to empower, educate, and energize you in an engaging way that will help you obtain and maintain momentum and joy.

I live in
The Village of Sanibel, and keep my 86-year-old, inspirational mother out of trouble. It is an honor to take care of her now.

I do get respite, enjoyment, and great fulfillment from working as a certified transformation life coach for seniors and an instructor of four different classes for The Villages Enrichment Academy.  My work is my pickleball...I love it!

Cheers to you finding your pickleball or whatever brings you fulfillment and joy.

Nancy
